The congestion and pollution issues that Mexico City’s growing population faces has prompted the government to explore more sustainable and equitable forms of transportation. VBike, SharingOS’ Mexican operational partners, are at the forefront of that initiative by providing an affordable and convenient dockless bike sharing scheme.

The tens of thousands of users that VBike has acquired since launching in March 2018 is one of the many signs of VBike’s success in providing first- and last-mile connectivity solutions for Mexico City. SharingOS’ proprietary anti-theft and anti-vandalism fleet management technology has helped ensure that VBike’s bike sharing scheme has been carried out sustainably.

VBike will be expanding to other key cities in Mexico in the upcoming months.
